The dental work is excellent and comfortably performed.

My daughter went to her once and that was enough for us both. The dentist is so back in times with technology. She has a rude way about her and acts like my daughter is privilege to even be in her practice or should I say house because that’s what it is. She even dismissed us from her practice knowing it’s not my daughters fault that we had a family emergency and missed the appointment. I wasn’t going back there anyway and I advice no one to go there. I’m even reporting her to the American Dental Association & BBB for bad business practice.

I have been a patient of Dr. Newsome for +24 years. She's efficient and works with you on scheduling. No, she doesn't take an hour to talk to you but she is pleasant and gets the job done with your care in mind. It's not a social club. It's a dentist practice.

She is very rude. I told her about my wisdom tooth pain and asked to be referred to an oral surgeon anf she completely ignored me and tried to pull another tooth that I had no problems with. Then said she wasn't going to see me again bc I had to reschedule 2 times bc of the snow and my daughter needing to see her dr. I wouldn't recommend anyone to her.

This office is terrible all around. Everyone there acted like I didn't even exist until it was time to pay, I was never welcomed and never offered an opportunity to ask questions. I went for a cleaning and Suzanne never even looked in my mouth, just looked at my xrays and told me I needed fillings for surface cavities. I got them at her insistence because I've always had great teeth and didn't want to risk them getting deep cavities. What a terrible mistake I made! This was over 2 weeks ago and I still have throbbing pain on the whole left side if my face. Not only that, but I got charged TRIPLE what I was quoted. When I called the office to ask why, I was told it's not their responsibility to check my insurance and that I should have known it would be more than she said. I don't dare risk going back to have the pain addressed, she would probably recommend another unnecessary procedure. Avoid this place at all costs!

Dr. Newsome has been my family dentist for more than 20 years. She has kept me and my family in great dental health. I trust her completely, she has given me fillings and fixed me up with a crown when I broke a tooth. I am confident that I have received the best care over the years. Also, Dr. Newsome helped with my father who had very special health and dental needs. He had difficulty cooperating and Dr. Newsome was always so patient with him. It meant a lot to me and even more to my father when she restored his bite.
