Dr. Tian Xia

Dr. Xia is outstanding. I have had 3 root canals with him and they were painless. NOTE: Dr. Xia does not take insurance. They have payment plans, but if price is key over superior work, might not be a good match.

This has been a nightmare. My wife was referred to this office by her dentist after her normal exam showed problems with an old root canal. We were not told they were not listed with our insurance. Would be out of network. Then I get a bill for $108 as insurance won't cover anything. The code they use is the same code the dentist uses. Huh? There must be a different code? Nope I owe the full amount now. So turn in to the BBB in search of solution. They refuse to do anything. Called MetLife Federal Dental. Oh they need to use the code for Specialty Consultation those are unlimited. Could you please call them? Certainly... Well I spoke to Heather and she will not bill to any other code. I refuse to pay this bill when they are the ones screwing it up. At this point I won't even pay for my deductible. Waste of my time in trying to deal with these people. I would imagine there is a State Dental Board of some type. Letter will be sent soon.

I would recommend anyone to Dr. Xia. He has the best bedside manner, very genuine, kind and above all gentle! He and his assistant walked me through the entire procedure step by step and educated me which I value. I am terrified of dental procedures and will say, if I ever need another root canal, I will be at ease knowing I can go to him. His office staff are friendly and personable as well as professional. His assistant is amazing. Thank you Dr. Xia and staff!

I've had a death grip fear of dentists all my life. But Dr Xia's office treated me with respect, explained the procedure, and asked me some basic questions. I was encouraged to let them know if I became uncomfortable at any time, and they stopped for me a couple times seeing I was nervous. The kindness and excellent skills at Dr Xia's just can't be overstated.

I was pleased with everything ... being seen on time, the friendly and efficient support staff, Dr. Xia (smart, professional, kind, funny), the good result of my root canal, etc. I can't say enough positive about my experience. I highly recommend Dr. Xia.

I'd had two nights of toothaches and they worked me in for my root canal at 5:15 on a Friday night so I wouldn't have to wait until Monday. No pain. Everything is modern, top of the line. Very pleased with them.

Very nice staff. Dr. Xia was very caring. He made me feel like I was #1. He often checked with me to make sure I was comfortable and feeling no pain. Office is simple as he made it simple with me even though it was a very difficult situation with my molar. His expertise is exceptional. Staff followed up with a phone call checking on me. That was sweet! My tooth was saved!

I didn't expect a pleasant experience at the endodontist. Dr. Xia has a calm demeanor. He took his time to explain things and to allay my fears. While I hope not to need his services again, if I do, I'll be glad to have him working on my teeth.

Just don't go to this dentist, torturous treatment, I suspect he has a mental disorder and/or mood disorder could contribute to his unpredictable behavior.

Seemed very unconcerned and uncaring about continued pain and infection weeks after root canal. Will not go back and would not recommend. He seemed nice enough the first visit, but be prepared for a change of demeanor if you are unfortunate enough to have complications.
