Dr. Tommy Pagonis

I saw this doctor often since 2016. He did many procedures, incl. 3 extractions, placing & removing a titanium implant that was protruding into my sinus & causing pain, removal of painful bone from a previous extraction. He kept sending me away to Infectious Disease and ENT, and they kept sending me back to him. He failed to diagnose & treat an infection in my maxilla. I finally got a diagnosis after an Indium Scan, ordered by my new primary care doctor. He works out of too many offices (Keansburg, Cherry Hill, Neptune, Middletown, Toms River, Absecon) and is so hard to get an appointment with and never returns any calls. I've been in pain over 3 years and he was annoyed that I made appts with him at all these offices. I cannot recommend him.

Dr. pagonis is an amazing oral surgeon. I was extremely nervous and worked up. He was very understanding and kind. He got the ten teeth pulled so quickly. Couldn't have asked for a better Dr.

My husband who is not afraid of anything except for going to the dentist had emergency oral surgery this afternoon with Dr. Tommy Pagonis. Dr. Tommy put him at ease. Told my husband not to worry, he’d take care of him. Everything went well. Dr. Tommy has excellent bedside manners and is very personable.

I am very uneasy about the dentist let alone having my teeth pulled. Dr Pagonis made me feel comfortable and at ease. I had 2 wisdom teeth removed had no pain afterwards .

Rude arrogant unprofessional Could care less about the patient Or how they feel Does not explain the procedure or care to Very rough lacks experience And hurts the patient and will cover up his mistakes
