Dr. Tracey K Yamamoto

My bicuspid next to the molar on which the dental technician (not the dentist herself) installed a crown ached all weekend and kept me awake for a few days. I have nine crowns in my mouth, and this was the first to ever bother me. When I went to my regular checkup six month later in hopes to find out what was ailing my tooth, the receptionist cancelled my appointment when I arrived supposedly more than 15 minutes late, only she called at my appointment time and then again one minute later. I didn't answer, because I was on my way - a mile and a half from home, so NO WAY was I more than five minutes late. The office staff obviously wanted to leave early, at my expense. When I asked for a refund of the remainder of my dental plan, I never received a check. I will NEVER go back if I have to drive 100 miles to see a dentist.

The doctor never introduced herself and spoke to me behind my back while she reviewed xrays. She didn't ask what problems I was having and simply told me what needed to be done. She was very impersonal and rough.

So thankful I found Dr Tracy Yamamoto! I've been thru several dentist in the East Valley and had some disastrous results and exorbinate fees! So refreshing to find a dentist that is competent and with reasonable fees! I tell everyone I know about her!

I fractured my tooth on some raw almonds and the back corner broke off. Dr. Yamamoto said the nerve was not exposed and she and Jennifer proceeded to put a crown on my tooth. In about 90 minutes she glued on my permanent porcelain crown. The color was beautiful, no more silver filling! And my tooth was nice and smooth. Good job Apache Dentistry.

I came in as a walk in, thinking i would have to set up an appointment to be seen by Dr. Tracey Yamamoto, and the girls up front were very nice and got me in right away. The assistant Jennifer was very gentle with taking the xrays. i waited about 5 minutes and Dr. Tracey was in the room to do my exam, she went over everything that needed to be done, and made sure i understood everything. I felt very comfortable, the girls up front explained my cost so there was no confusion. I will definately come back!!
