Dr. Troy James Kramer

First time I visited for a cleaning, Dr. told me I needed two crowns amounting to $3,000. I am a senior citizen on very limited income. I went to another highly recommended dentist for a second opinion and was told my mouth needed no foreseeable work. I only went the one time, so can't say i know this practice to be dishonest. That's certainly the impression I got. I'll just say "let the buyer be aware."

Had a great experience at his office and will be back

I had a great experience with Dr. Kramer and his staff. Very friendly and knowledgeable. The hygienist and Dr. Kramer both took excellent care of my teeth. Highly recommend.

Sadly, I have to only give one star. Dr. Kramer was very rude to me regarding a filling I needed to have done. I am super anxious at the dentist and his words to me were rude and careless. No manners at all. He had zero compassion for a fearful patient. He seemed very rushed also. I had been a patient at the dentist office since I was in high school (and am much older now). Lucky for me, I have found a new fantastic dentist.

Very friendly staff, made me feel comfortable getting a root canal and crown. Dr. Kramer is very good at explaining x rays and what needs to be done.
