The only dentist willing to help me when I needed an emergency double extraction. Went above and beyond and was very sympathetic with my situation.

The staff at the office were all very nice and accommodating. I was there to get some major work done. Had consultation and when leaving that day scheduled the next three appointments. The one with major work, I requested a "happy pill". That was no problem. The problem came when I was preparing to go I called to office to be sure Dr was running on schedule. I expressed my concern about the medication wearing off if I waited too long. If I was going to wait, I prefer to wait at home. i was told to go ahead and take the medication as planned and come in. I did. Upon being seated (well medicated by now) I was told I was only there for a cleaning. ? Excuse me? Then why the medication? And why was I told to take it only hours before? I do not operate well within situations I can not trust. Especially when I am paying for the services. Dr Redden seemed to be a caring and qualified dentist. However, when she was less than up front about why we were not going forward as… was planned, it was a deal breaker for me. For general dentistry needs, this is a great place to go. If you need major work, find a dentist that will do what they say, when they say. It's just too important not to. FOOTNOTE: I believe we tell on ourselves and here is a great example The day I went in medicated I said to Dr. "I spent a good three hours the day before researching your licenses and certifications, possible complaints and so on, and found you to be spotless." Her response rang through me. "Not all the time." After this comment, the events unfolded. I encourage everyone to own your own health care!!! Do your homework!
