That’s not professional to talk in another language with the assistant while you are treating the patient. She doesn’t explain any of the procedures that she is going to do . I am definitely not happy about that. I just had 3crowns put and was never told what to expect .

Avoid this office! There are much better service providers in the area that are professional and transparent about their business. Lana at the front desk was awful to deal with and makes rules up as she goes along without any regard for Dr. K's clients. They charge fees that other dentists offer free of charge, and we received conflicting information from office staff. Furthermore, their equipment is worn, archaic and out of date (who does cardboard x-rays anymore?) Other dentists in the area use modern, digital processes. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. I know many other people in the neighborhood who share my sentiments so I find their 5 star rating very suspicious!
