Ignores any issues and is extremely dismissive. He is as negligent as they come. Can care less about your teeth and should not be a dentist!!! Stay far away from this guy.

Went to the office 09012020. Had severe tooth pain. Given prescription and future appt 10days. Then I was called 0909 and told they wanted to reschedule another week. 1st the prescription I was advised was excessive. A pharmacist said I was advised wrongly to take it during the eve. Uggh. 2 days later in terrific pain I went to a different dentist extraction. Great Job. Horrible experience. Dr. Felici? Stay Away!!

This dentist failed to properly replace an old filling that caused me no discomfort or pain; a routine procedure revealed during a 6-month cleaning & exam. He was not paying attention (discussing Bachelor in Paradise with his assistant during the procedure!?!) and went too deep hitting a nerve. This resulted in terrible pain for 3 weeks, an emergency root canal with an endodontist (NO WAY was I having him do it!), several hours of missed work for follow-up visits and $500+ out-of-pocket for the crown that I had his partner perform (again, not having Felici do it). Why in the world should I be responsible for his negligence?? His office manager basically said 'oh well'. Bad enough I endured so much pain and inconvenience due to no fault of my own, but to think the office would charge me to correct HIS mistake, rather than be satisfied just collecting my dual insurance payments. This is criminal and he/they should be ashamed of themselves for not being accountable for his actions. … Malpractice at its finest.

$2000 for a root canal and cap which broke less than 6 months later. Wanted more $$$ to fix the broken cap that never fit correctly. Four years later getting root canal fixed only to discover one of 3 roots has a piece of dental tool broken off blocking the root creating a very painful infection. How about a refund for your complete fail to compensate the expense of an actual endodontist?
