If I could give a negative or 0 stars it would be more accurate to say. I had brought my mother here to have a rootcanal done here and regret bringing my mother here. First off, on the day of her root canal appt. they will book several patients at once within the same time frame and place my mother on hold with this mouthpiece that was injuring her after being neglected for half hour. Go back for a checkup on 09-14-2022 and she is experiencing a lot of pain that is now affecting the entire left side of her face with the starting point from the inside of that root canal gum region. The concern was brought up to Vinne Chen however Vinne Chen became dismissive and disregarded my mother's throbbing pain and concerns as they essentially shooed my mother out of the office expeditiously. My mother was completely dismissed and was not provided any solutions. Please look elsewhere where there is better bedside manners, better service, and look for a doctor who actually addresses and listens to… your concerns. Eagerly shoving you out the door at the first mention of a concern or problem is not the solution nor should you mistreat others like this. Shame on you.
