What a horrible dentist office to take advantage of local college students who are a long way from home. My daughter specifically asked if her office accepted BCBS Alabama insurance and in network provider- and she was told they did. Of course they are not. Not only that she put a screw in her tooth for a cavity. My 21 year old struggling college student gets a bill for 800.00. for cavity fillings. Why take advantage of students who barely have money to survive on. If she were in the network, we may have paid 100-150 for the same service, but now I don't know how she is going to pay 800.00. BEWARE of this office, just because they tell your child they take your insurance does not mean they are IN NETWORK even though they did my child. The front office staff should be more aware when checking insurance and letting students know that they are not IN NETWORK meaning they will pay triple for a service. What a crappy way to do business in a college town. When the front office person… realized the child was from out of state with out of state insurance they should have been up front about the cost. A cost estimate should have been provided before services rendered, knowing the student is from out of state

Staff make you feel at home. They greet you by name when you enter and make you feel relaxed about going to the dentist. Dr. Locke takes the time to listen and talk to her patients.

Dr Locke and the staff are always with a smile and know how to make you feel welcomed when coming into the office. Most dentist office can be a little nervous but not this office. Everyone makes you feel relaxed and at home

Dr. Locke is wonderful. She is dedicated making sure perfection is achieved. Crystal is a bonus!!!

Excellent visit with both the hygienist and the dentist. The front desk staff was friendly and easy to deal with.

She is very nice and treats patients very well. Excellent overall.

Very professiona and friendlyl atmosphere. Always a joy going to the dentist.
