I would have expected better experience from a medical professionals of your caliber, unfortunately that was not the case. First at all, doctor Vladimir withdrew from the responsibility for the poor job that he did on my prosthetic dentistry and after a few unsuccessful attempts to fix it, he just passed his job to another doctor. While doctor Aleks knew that everything needs to be redone and that the crowns needs to be replaced he still accepted an old job from doctor Vladimir and continued to fix the prosthesis. When I've tried to resolve this issue with manager and told her about all my concerns and that instead of two weeks that I was promised on getting this service done , I've been waiting for 4 months already, in response I just got insulted and kicked out from your office. As a result of this inadequate service I've lost my time, energy, money and have horrible tooth pain. The resulting inconvenience is intolerable.

First of all I hate going to the dentist I have had bad experiences since I was a kid. Eithier the shot was painful or i would feel when the dentist was drilling into my tooth because i wasnt numb enough. Even with a simple cleaning the dentist would poke at my gum. So I always had a fear of anything related to dental or teeth, but then came that time of year where i needed my check up and cleaning. I called to see Dr. Alex Visot and when the day came for my appointment I went in, sat in the waiting area and by the time I was called I was scared as usual. The friendly and nice assistants made me feel so welcome and the x-rays were a breeze and I was a little relived. The receptionist came and talked to me about my co payment and was very friendly. I didnt feel like I was at a dental office at all. After everything they asked my if I would like to take care of my cavities right there and I was feeling good about the place to I decided to do it! Dr. Alex Visot explained everything he… was going to do and what to do if i felt any discofort. He went in slowly and gentle and before I knew it! I was done! painless! I recommend this place! it was also every clean and up to date with the digital x-rays. This is my dentist for life!

I had my teeth cleaned and they really did a good job! Love this Dr. and the office manager, who is his wife. I am glad I found a Dentist that I feel comfortable with! Thank you Dr. Vysotsky!
