Rude Rude Rude!!!!The moment I walked in I felt maybe I shouldn’t have gone to this doctor’s office. The Dentist was also the receptionist … Weird!!! I gave all my dental info and cards for them to have on file. Was charged for X-rays when I already had X-rays - doctor insisted he needs new ones not knowing if I was covered or not. I receive a rude text for non payment months later which I had no idea about I was waiting for a call back regarding what insurance would cover. I call office to discuss I’m put on hold a women answers the phone I explain the situation and her voice starts getting louder and louder and as I was speaking she says “EXCUSE ME EXCUSE ME” she wouldn’t let me speak. I said why are you getting loud you’re being rude. She says I have cameras on me I’m not rude. She continues speaking and I try to speak over her but she wasn’t letting me. “ She says “ I DON’T CARE IF IM ON CAMERA “ and she just went off… This office is definitely not a place I would go back to or… refer. Plenty of other doctors this one is a HUGE thumbs down.
