Dr. Urling is amazing and does absolutely incredible work. His office is always clean and inviting. The entire staff is wonderful and they're always happy to see you. I recently saw Dr. Urling to have dental implants placed. From the moment I spoke with the receptionist to make an appointment, I knew this was an office I wanted to be a patient in. The staff treated me with respect and kindness. The office was located in an upscale medical building. The waiting room was clean and inviting, though I didn't stay there long because as soon as I got there I was taken in to see the doctor. Dr. Urling was amazing! He was warm, competent, and explained everything related to implants. He answered all my questions and I never felt that he was in a hurry to move on to the next patient. All the attention was on me. The day of surgery was as pleasant as I could have hoped for. The procedure was not painful (I did not even feel the needle, that's how good Dr. Urling was!) and my recovery was uneventful. Great experience overall!

He has an excellent and caring team. We highly recommend Dr. Urling. He put my wife who is extremely apprehensive at ease and thoughtfully explained all of her options. I never met a dentist who spent so much time with us; never felt rushed or overwhelmed. Everyone at the office is great!!!

While on vacation in CT visiting relatives, I experienced a fracture of the coronal portion of one of my molars. My sister in law called Dr Urling office (she is a patient there) and explained the situation and how I was in pain. They acommodated to see me in less than an hour. Xray and clinical evaluation was done by doctor Urling who described the findings in detail and the needed treatment. Dr. Urling suggested to contact my dentist right in there to take a decision based on the finings/ fracture which was extended into the root area. My dentist in another city was able to see my tooth pictures, and xrays electronically transfeted to him, and agreed with the findings and plan. I had the tooh extracted and the area preserved with a grafting. I am traveling back to CT for the implant with Dr. Urling and my dentist will do the crown. Best injection ever.... great doctor and assistants. Will recommend this place. They will help you when in pain.thank you guys.

Dr. Urling gave me more time and attention at my consultation visit than I was ever given by any medical or dental professional, explaining my problem and the procedures necessary to correct them. My mother needed an implant overdenture procedure. We visited 2 oral surgeons prior and they were not only very expensive but very quick in their evaluation. Their staff and the doctor was more intetested in the money than my mothers needs. No explanations no questions answered. A coworker shared with me her wonderful experience with Dr. Wendell P. Urling with a dental implant she had done with him recently. We decided to go for a consultation and found a great office, wonderful staff and an excellent doctor that took one hour with my mother's evaluation. He explained her needs in detail, the surgery needed and answered all our questions, also presented alternative options if needed to accomodate our finances. My mother had 4 implants placed by Dr. Urling, no complications, no pain, even the injection for the novocaine was totally painless!! Dr. Urling checked the implants integration until they were ready for our dentist to fabricate a great denture. Dr. Urling provided him all… the information and guidance necessary to our dentist . I have been to several dental practices in my lifetime and I must say Dr Urling's office ranks as the very best!!! A very professional demeanor prevails throughout the office at all times and Dr. Urling is the very best with his injections; it makes the beginning of any surgical appointment very relaxing and eases my tensions. He did six implants for me over a period of three years and dramatically improved my smile. My overall self esteem has risen ten fold!!!
