de. You can tell they all hate dealing with people and explaining things that are not well spoken thoroughly. Information about they way this place works is not stated and when you call they get upset for all the people trying to understand why it takes a month to get a 4 min consultation and then no one calls you back for 15-30 days bc they all move like snails and mail out paperwork so you have to prolong the process of whatever is why you went there in the first place then on one does the same job they have a different person that knows insurance information then the doc doesn’t even speak and they don’t have anyone to call to follow up bc your supposed to follow up yourself… this place needs to be shut down or they need to hire employees who like to deal with people or have some kind of disciplinary process on issues that escalate. The staff they do have don’t even understand what you’re asking or can’t even speak English properly. It’s out of control. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.

Why has it been imposible to post my review I have been truthful and not vindictive but after 4 attempts to write one I have been unable to post it. This is very telling about dentistry Dr is rude and disresectfull to seniors

He has been very rude to us were elderly and my wife is in serous need of extractions, each time we warmly greetied him but he didnt respond. He was not concern about her infection and the dangers of surgery shes 71 a heart patient with diabetic he was disrespectfull to her and looks like a bum were desperate for treatment But Wont use him. he gets cash so you cant complain to your bank about his treatment after I have found it hard to send a review the various places I feel they are not on the patients side

Dr. Baugh extracted all 4 of my son's wisdom teeth w/o complication. His staff was great!! very kind, helpful, and professional.
