Dr. Kaspo is very knowledgeable, honest and does not run unnecessary tests. The staff is very helpful and pleasant. Highly recommend this office.

The Doctor was very good and knows what he is doing ,identified an issue that was very troubling and is helping / finally someone that knows what is going on after months of me suffering with this ,so very happy for some relief

I don't even know how to begin. Took my daughter and we waited for a long time to be seen. When the doctor examined her it was very quick. Made a determination to give her a med and see her in a month. We were charged several hundreds of dollars for office visit and xrays and still didn't have any answers. Her jaw continued to be severely painful. Not being satisfied with his diagnosis, or lack thereof, we made a appointment with another specialist, GOOD LUCK TRYING TO GET YOUR RECORDS. I am still trying weeks later. They will question you why you need them, what Dr you are seeing and why. Then they will say you have to pay $25.00 and they need 5 to 10 business days. This Doctor and Office Staff was not a good choice for us.

I'm so grateful that my dentist referred me here. for all the people saying that they're upset about rude staff- what's worse, not getting the warm fuzzies from staff or going through your life with horrendous tmj pain? I know I'd pick getting better hands down every time

Not one complaint about Dr. Kaspo or his staff. Every single person was kind, caring, friendly. I was seen on time. I was listened to, not rushed, by every staff member. When I saw Dr. Kaspo, he listened and explained and made certain I understood everything. Finally, a great doctor experience. 100% excellent!

I really dunno what to specifically say about the office or the doctor. Save both your time and money you will be either in the same condition or even worse treatment wise. And I feel everyone needs to find a caring doctor which you will not get here.

The office staff of Dr. Kaspo's office is by far the unfriendliest staff I've ever experienced in any Dr.s office. Rude, short tempered, pushy and demeaning in their attitude. Especially the receptionist and billing clerk. Dr. Kaspo himself seems quite thorough and knowledgeable, and we would continue to see him as we need a specialist in TMJ, but after 5 visits and having to experience his staff, no way. We are through.

This doctor did not listen to me. Had his own agenda and this was very disappointing because I traveled 90 minutes to get to him for his specialty

Wouldn't take my dog to see this doctor
