Dr. Jeffrey A Wang

Dr. Jeff is the best. He takes the time to explain your options. His skills are top notch, and his office staff is efficient and capable.

Dr. Wang is a good doctor. It seems like he does not have that much experience yet but what he did is good. However the office is VERY poorly run. 1. They called my name incorrectly not once, but three times in single appointment (twice by the check-in lady and once by the dental assistant). As a patient, it almost scared me to death because they were referring me as a totally different patient and they have a totally different patient's chart in their hand. I had to correct them all 3 times. 2. While checking out, the lady at the check out counter was kind of yelling to the office manager to leave her some spring rolls and iced coffee. The manager yelled back to saying she'll do it. It's very unprofessional. 3. The benefit lady called me 3 times asking about the exact same insurance information after I gave her the info twice on the phone and once in person. And the third call from her happened after she told me in person that she had sent the authorization request to the… insurance company. 4. During the consult, there were a few office staff and dental assistants that gather in the (I assume) break room right next to the office where Dr. Wang was doing his consult with me. I had to repeatedly ask him to speak up and repeat what he said because the people in that "break" room was talking and laughing so loud. Can't really understand what they said (they're talking either in Spanish or Tagalog). It was just bad! 5. After all those, I called my dentist to share my concerns on what I experienced. My dentist office said there has been a lot of turnover in their office staff but they assured me that Dr. Wang is a good doctor. So I did the procedure. 6. On the day of the operation, at the check out counter, I guess they eat lunch late at around 2-3 PM and again, the office staff was yelling at each other about some free spring rolls that they're supposed to get with their order. Just totally unprofessional. Their front office looks way too small to be occupied by 2-3 people at a time too.
