Dr. Jade Malay is the Founder of Apex Physical Medicine and has practiced in the Dallas Area since 1992. Her foundational specialty is chiropractic care which includes neck, back and sciatica pain. She is a graduate of Lewisville (Texas) High School and proud Baylor University 1988 Alumni. She received her Doctorate of Chiropractic degree from Parker College of Chiropractic in 1992. Post doctorate degrees include a Diplomate in Chiropractic Orthopedics, of which there are less than 400 across the United States.

I saw an advertisement somewhere on the web whereby she had new information about treating thyroid problems and a zoom meeting was held with several people. We could sign up for an individual meeting with her which I did. She started off having a rude manner and it did not change. I wanted more information and she would always say that she had given all her information in the first meeting. I asked how she could treat people from a distance. All she would say was that I had to change my diet and my lifestyle and ask if I was willing to do that. She said that one woman told her that she would eat dirt if Dr. Malay told her to do that. Dr. Malay never mentioned that she was a chiropractor! I just found that when I looked online. With little information and her rude manner, I said I was not interested. I'm glad I didn't waste any more time and my money.

Total scam! Wants $7,000 cash to cure you yet all of it goes to her sales and marketing to enable her to scam more patients.

Total Scam. $7,000 "bank" goes to her sales and marketing to scam more people. Never felt worse in my life after reading her book, following her diet and taking all of her "snake oil" supplements. Will be reporting her to the better business bureau.

Went to a seminar and was excited about the possibility of her being able to help with my ongoing symptoms with my thyroid issues. Made the appointment & paid a fee to see her but her office policy states if you have a spouse then she will not see you unless your spouse is present. I feel as though I have been married to my spouse for 27+ years & are very familiar with his habits and how they affect me both positively and negatively. I knew this was something I needed to do independently to get the best results however her policy is her policy. In the future do not say your priority is to help those with issues feel better when you don't have a flexible policy to even discuss a situation individually.... THIS WAS A WASTE OF MY MORNING AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRACTICE TO ANYONE!
