Dr. Sharon Annette Brown, MD

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Dr. Sharon Brown. When I initially scheduled my appointment in April, 2025, I was informed that the first available slot was in December. Then, due to the holidays and the doctor traveling, it was rescheduled to February 2, 2026. Throughout this entire process, I received no clear communication. Moreover, I was never informed that the appointment would last between three to six hours. It was only when I was contacted last week by the scheduling team that I learned about the lengthy duration. I made it clear that I could only commit to three hours, and the scheduling staff assured me they would inform the doctor. Yet, no one followed up, and I wasn’t told that the doctor required the full six hours. To make matters worse, when I drove from Cypress to The Woodlands and called to let them know I was running slightly late, I discovered that my appointment had been canceled with zero communication. This level of unprofessionalism and lack… of coordination is unacceptable. I strongly advise others to look elsewhere for neuropsychological services.

from the first introduction, I did not like her attitude, I asked her a question on the way to her office , and she simply restated instructions....no answer to my question. She was too distant, too aloof, . I couldn’t wait to get The test over and leave. AND I have NEVER been able to get her final observations/report to give to a sleep study Dr. A study she said I should have... How can I get that report ?
