This clinic prioritizes efficiency over the quality of healthcare. Initially, the staff may seem friendly and helpful, but it quickly becomes apparent that their core value is efficiency. I was told that fulfilling a promise to a patient is considered 'a waste of the company's time.' Several reviews indicate that this clinic is primarily run by assistants. If these assistants are well-trained, they could effectively balance efficiency and patient care. However, the emphasis on efficiency is so pronounced that I was assigned a junior assistant twice during my contact lens appointment, who didn't know how to remove contact lenses. They failed to send my prescription to a local Walgreens, so I had to follow up with them for several days because they were too busy to send it. The doctor later admitted that she had made a mistake with my prescription and called me the next day to return to the clinic so she could correct it. They choose to sacrifice patient care for the sake of efficiency.

Dr. Chin is excellent in her treatment with her patients. She listens & she hears. She is professional and compassionate on every level. Excellence!!
