I went for my annual eye checkup to get a new prescription for my glasses and contacts. I went to see Mr Williams. I walked out with a prescription for my contacts that he copied off the contact lens boxes I brought with me, and with a prescription for glasses that was about double of what it should have been. Mr Williams refused to even use the autorefractor stating "he could do without the machine". He then proceeded to do a manual refraction test where kept saying "I know you won't be able to read anything, just guess what looks less blurry". At the end of the exam, I had not read a single letter on the wall and of course I couldn't read anything because he wrongly almost doubled my prescription. Then he went to bill me for specialty services. I filed a complaint with VSP, and if anyone reading this review had the same issues, please inform your insurance so this so-called "doctor" cannot mistreat any more patients.
