Dr. Gregory John Keiser, MD

Had my wisdom teeth removal appointment rescheduled 4 times. 4th time on the morning of surgery after I had already taken a day off work. Will be finding another oral surgeon and telling my dentist who recommended Dr. Keiser to not recommend any other patients to him again.

I had my wisdom teeth pulled 10 years ago. I am usually very sensitive to pain and I never needed any strong pain meds after procedure. I may have used tylenol once. All my teeth were still imbedded into gums so I'm sure he had to do some cutting and digging. Everyone I know complains having issues when they had teeth pulled elsewhere. I had procedure done on Saturday and was back to work on Monday with no issues. I don't remember having any issues with the office. Dr Keiser was very funny and kept me calm through out the whole procedure. Definitely going back there again.

This office is a nightmare! DO NOT give this..mr keiser person your time or business. I truly think there's something wrong w/ this office, scam wise! He charged us $150. FOR a consultation, we made the surgery appt & then an hour & some change prior to surgery he cancels my kid's appt because he's "sick" We literally found out AT THE DOOR STEP as we pulled on the locked doors! I CALLED the office & girl told me he was sick & canceled. She said she left a msg at 10am. I told her you dont leave a msg for SURGERY, you should have kept calling me UNTIL you reached me in person! PLUS, they lie bc when I got home my CALLER ID said 12:44pm. I was livid! NOw, youre thinking, maybe he really was sick, NO, I DOUBT it bc in my research on this slimeball, keiser apparently HAS A "HABIT" of canceling his appts THE LAST MINUTE, hmmm! I actually read another review on another site where the person HAD THE SAME SURGERY AS US ON THE SAME DAY AS OURS AND HE ALSO CANCELED ON THEM! It's not coincidental,… there's something fishy about this..jerk's practice & work ethics! Save your time AND money & GO ELSE WHERE!

My son's tooth extraction surgery was cancelled three different times on the morning of the procedure. Very unprofessional.

Not only is their scheduling terrible (i.e. tell the patient their appointment has been cancelled when they show up for extraction) but their billing is random and capricious ( charge credit card by mistake)

Waited over a hour for my apointment . Lady at the front desk could care less ... Very unprofessional . Would not recommend

My experience with Dr. Keiser was wonderful. So gentle with my children. He made my kids feel at ease and comfortable with procedures. Can't say enough! As a parent and professional I would recommend him.

Very stressful experience. Had appointment for an extraction. Had to fast night before, when arrived for appointment was told doctor would be half hour late. After first half hour told another half hour. After an hour told he would be in at noon. Rescheduled for 12:45 then got a call he was NOT COMING IN AT ALL FOR THE DAY ! No explanation, and now almost 2 weeks later, not even a call or an apology. Found another doctor who was awesome and had tooth extracted few days later.

Awful experience. The staff lied about taking my insurance. Took all of the money out as soon as I left the office without any notification. Left me responsible for filing the claim. I would never go back
