Dr. Maxwell was a great listener to all my concerns. She took her time to explain what was going on. She referred me to a specialist and ordered more bloodwork. Later that day, she called me to discuss the bloodwork I had gotten results back from that day. She also replied to a office message I sent before she went home for the day. She made me feel heard and cared for and I appreciated her time.

Dr Maxwell is exceptional. I recommend her highly. She is smart, helpful, and conscientious. I did not dread this appointment at all because to go see her is like going to see an old friend that you can trust.

Was not happy I had to wait in the exam room for so long! But I understand when the doctor is with other patients and needs to give them the time they need and I get the time I need with the doctor also. But I feel someone one the staff should come and let you know the doctor Is running behind not just do what they do and leave with the statement the doctor will be with you shortly and she doesn't come for another 40 mins.
