I believe it was SEVEN months, and only because of a cancellation was it not nine months. The purpose of the appointment was to determine if I could discontinue my CPAP due to a recent sleep study at OU. When I saw the very nice and professional doctor, she apologized because she hadn't reviewed my study. She offered to contact me in about two weeks when she would have time to read it. I had asked why I needed an appointment rather than a telemed, and then getting there after seven months, when my answer wasn't available, was quite frustrating. She explained they take turns reading individual studies, but it wasn't her turn previously. I appreciate being through.

Dr Haffiz did not interrupt me once. She Is an expert active listener. She asked questions multiple ways to ensure I understood to answer. She connected dots and asked follow up questions about my complex case that 10+ specialists have not asked. My next steps were clear to study certain symptoms and come with data to the follow up. Sometimes It feels like Im quickly pointed to a prescription and sent on my way. Dr. Haffiz did not do this. I left the appointment telling my partner on the phone that I think she's the best doctor I've seen in years.
