Dr. Reichard is exceptional. Her personality and bedside manner are unmatched and she truly cares about her patients. OSS is fortunate to have her on staff. I highly recommend her.

Dr Reichard is simply the best at what she does. She is personable, takes the time needed to listen. She is extremely experienced and knowledgeable of what she does.

I can’t rate her high enough. She was my second opinion for pain management, and she took the time to understand my specific situation and gave an opinion that made sense in my brain and gut (whereas the first PM Dr pushed me through like I was in a cattle chute in a very generic way.). Anyone would be in safe hands consulting and working with her.

Dr. Reichard was amazing. She was very personable, and made me feel at ease. I questioned a test that another doctor set up for me and she told me it was OK to cancel it, as she didnt feel that I needed the test at this point. She got me set up fast for needed imaging, and I am super thankful. She was absolutely fantastic.

Dr. Reichard was extremely courteous and explained the entire procedure. She even had conversation about my history and the issues I encountered. Highly recommend her.

I went to see Dr. Reichard for a second opinion and regretted not going to her sooner. She came highly recommended from 2 other people that knew her. The appointment was quick but thorough and I didn’t feel like she was reading off of a script. I will continue to go to her for future injuries.
