I have chosen not to accept insurance to provide more personalized and flexible care without the constraints often imposed by insurance companies. This includes referring my patients to the most convenient and cost-effective resources for lab testing, imaging, and other services when needed.

PRICING / PAYMENT INFO:
- $350 for a comprehensive intake with Dr. Karmazin, including prior medical record and imaging review prior to the visit and prescriptions / referrals afterwards
- $200 for any follow-up visits as needed
- Payment accepted via HSA or CC and billed after appointment

I can't speak highly enough about Dr. Karmazin! On very short notice (but at my urgent request), I was able to get scheduled with Dr. Karmazin and seen very quickly compared to other neurologists I looked into. Although I'm typically wary of video appointments (I'm just oldschool), the appointment was actually terrific -- great audio and video quality, and it felt like I was face to face with him. He's very clear-spoken and has an inviting way about him; he gives you chances to tell your story and doesn't interrupt, isn't overly critical of your perspective on your condition, and generally just comes across as pleasant and easy to talk to. I had switched care from another provider, and Dr. Karmazin was able to review my medical records thoroughly and catch himself up to speed, then had some great insight on how we could be improving my treatment for my migraines. His feedback was thoughtful and very clearly explained from a patient's perspective, and I left the appointment feeling… very confident in my new treatment plan and how he and I were going to proceed with the issues with which I've been struggling going forward. Again, truly can't say enough about how impressed I am with Dr. Karmazin's care. I wish the larger companies and hospitals out there provided care on this sort of high level, but I'm at least grateful I stumbled across Dr. Karmazin's info when I searched online!
