Dr. Jaymie Helen Luckow Fox, PhD

Spent over $800 on a psychological assessment by their team led by Dr. Fox. One male friend who did a 3rd party evaluation of me was listed in my report as my sister and they even got his name wrong. Weird. They also did not receive the second evaluation form by my psych analyst and instead of letting me know, went forward with the evaluation. The results of my report with this erroneous and missing data said that I had autism but no other psych professionals who have read this report agree with this assessment. I asked for a re-do with the correct evaluation forms or at least a refund for this assessment and Dr. Fox and her team insisted that they will not redo the assessment, and that "because the evaluation is finished, I will not be adding it". Later on I was able to conduct a far more thorough assessment with another clinic, Healthy Minds Psychology Association, for a much lower price. I would rather recommend Healthy Minds.

We were referred to doctor Fox from our sons therapist for an autism diagnosis. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They got us in within 3 weeks for our intake appointment, which is unheard of. Prompt follow up appointments and diagnosis. We have had a wonderful experience and without her help we’d still be on the 12 month waiting list for the Marcus center. Highly recommended!

Office entrance has a 6 inch step not accessible to power wheelchairs--not ADA. Dr. Fox refused to come to the door. She instructed the office assistant to tell us to "go elsewhere." Our family was shocked. No apology. No referral.
