Friendly staff, Dr Chapman cares.

I read previously written reviews and don’t understand the low ratings or negative remarks. I found the office staff very friendly and was comfortable during my visits. Dr. Chapman was helpful and knowledgeable about my toe situation. I have finished the procedure and would not hesitate to return again should I have a need to do so. Rilla Pezzopane

I’d give her a zero if I could!

Went in as a first time patient for a very expensive nail trim. That was OK, but was then later charged for an office visit. I reluctantly paid the copay, but then was sent to a bill collector, which is still hounding me even after proof of my payment.

Fraud! They billed my insurance company for a procedure they never did! I reported it to my insurance company and they told me that Dr Chapman is known for this! Don’t go!

Very unorganized! Too many patients in waiting room and no one seems to know what they are doing. Very unorganized. The nurses spent more time with me than the actual doctor did. I went in to see the doctor for an ingrown toenail and a doctor that wasn’t Dr. Chapman saw me and she was doing some sort of foot exercises on me! She told me I need an MRI because my foot didn’t bend correctly? I definitely am not getting an mri. Just seems like money is all they want. They don’t seem to care for the patients needs.

The doctor and staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Had a great experience and felt very comfortable about how my foot issue was treated. The office was very clean and organized. Would defiantly recommend anybody who wants a great foot doctor to go to this office you will not regret it!

I was a new patient. I walked in and turned right back around because the whole waiting room was packed! I won’t go back! With Covid I will NOT go into a business that’s not keeping the patients safe!

Rude and Incompetent Staff, Makes excuses but will not resolve issues, Doctor admitted didn't know part of the job. Ask questions then, when the Patient tells you upfront they have Insurance, follow thorough. Patients if you are in need of the best possible care, DON'T GO HERE!! you will have other medical issues after their "care".

This doctor and staff are very unprofessional. Wish i would've paid attention to other reviews. Long wait times, mixed communication about when custom products will be in, staff that talks about you loud enough you can hear through the door, a doctor that yells at you (im not exagerating. I had the worse headache ever after leaving). Horrible experience.
