Everyone in the office was friendly, accurate and compassionate while doing the initial intake. Compared to other rheumatology practices in the area, this practice is refreshing! It’s nice to leave your doctor’s office feeling more encouraged than when you arrived. He was punctual, unlike another practice where we waited for hours for a regularly scheduled appointment. Dr. Gupta seems to enjoy people and his practice of medicine. He truly expressed compassion in a genuine manner. Most of all what he recommended seemed to be the correct next step in my treatment. I appreciate the technology in their Patient Portal and messaging system so I know I can always reach out if I need to.

From the moment I walked in, my experience was positive from beginning to end. The front desk staff was warm, welcoming, and efficient, which as a new patient, immediately put me at ease. Dr. Gupta was incredibly thorough and attentive. He took the time to carefully review my health history, asked thoughtful questions, and performed a detailed examination without making me feel rushed. I truly appreciated how listened to and respected I felt throughout the appointment. It’s clear this office values both professionalism and patient care. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for compassionate and comprehensive medical care.

If you are having Arthritis issues this is one of the best if not THE BEST clinic's and Doctor in the area. I saw 3 previous clinics for issues I was having, this is the ONLY one I would recommend!

It was my initial visit. I did not know what to expect but aftrr meeting with Dr. Gupta, I knew I was in good hands. He is kind, knowledgeable, personable and patient. Did you know that there are 100 types Arthritis. There are several other tests that need to be done. Plan on spending some wxtra time on your first visit Some are handled in office. Others are handled with Wake Radiology.I feel I am in very good hands with whatever diagnosis comes up.

Dr. Gupta was friendly. He is very knowledgeable. He followed up quickly after my appointment with information on a path forward. I was very impressed with the his service and his staff service.
