Dr.Remerscheid was a very understanding doctor, he explained everything in full detail of what I need to have done for a full mouth of teeth again. I really like the atmosphere in his office.

they billed my insurance and then wanted me to pay the amount above the insurance agreed upon charge. When I talked to them about my billl they took the amount off as a "courtsey" it's my understanding the prohibts these type of charges. BEWARE of their questionable billing practice

My positive ratings are for Dr. Remerscheid, but be wary of his unprofessional office staff. Whoever is in charge of payments never reported to the collection agency the payments I made. I had to pay same charge TWICE, yet I still received calls from the agency warning that my credit would be negatively affected due to the office staff's lack of action. It's ridiculous that I had to deal with this issue months after my surgery and first (and what should have been the only and final) payment. Getting the issue resolved involved much calling back and forth between the clinic and the agency and relying on he-said-she-said information. Dr. Remersheid was friendly and performed my surgery successfully, but I am appalled at his office staff's incompetency that I, the customer, was nearly gravely penalized for. Negative stars for his office staff.

Doc was good but his support staff filed insurance claim incorrectly did not follow and did not inform us of a problem when we finally found out we contacted them a number of times only to be lied to. If it was my office the financial people would be drawing unemployment
