Dr. Thorud Explain to me what he thought the possible source of the problem was and conveyed his genuine curiosity, and invited me in to the process, as though I was Dr. Watson to his Sherlock Holmes. His bedside manner put me at ease, and I felt completely confident in both the process and the treatment, and I will definitely share this story with others. In addition, though you didn't ask so far in this survey, the x-ray receptionist and x-ray technician were both incredible and answered my questions.
