Dr. James Joseph Lapolla JR.

I took my daughter to Dr. LaPolla's office in Warren, OH and he treated her ingrown toenail issue with compassion. She instantly felt relief from the pain and her toe healed up great. The office staff was very nice and professional. I would recommend Northeast Ohio Foot, Ankle and Wound Center for sure.

After having waited for an hour and forty minutes before seeing him with my 90 year old mother and nearly 94 year old father he had absolutely no apology to make. He is that arrogant. Apparently calling patients to let them know he is really running behind isn't something he's concerned with ... a little hard to imagine isn't it ... to know his patients are waiting that long but hardly caring. And this was not the first time. It's an utter lack of respect for patients and an utter lack of integrity in my opinion. His only concern seems to be the amount of money he's got coming in and not wanting to himself be inconvenienced. If you have that many patients that you REALLY want to see, Dr. LaPolla, then try some overtime and start working Saturdays to fit them in and spare the rest of us your incredible lack of respect. And one more thing ... EARN the co-pay of your patients AFTER you've actually done something for them
