My lower back has been a wreck for several years causing worse back and leg pain until I decided to have surgery with Dr. Vecchione at Florida Orthopaedic Specialists. I couldn’t be happier with the result and feel excited that I can get back to my regular life pain free.

Dr. Vecchione was able to replace my hip using minimally invasive surgery from an anterior approach, rather than the old way using posterior approach. I was walking the same day as surgery and went home shortly thereafter.

Dr. Vecchione fused two levels in my cervical spinal for shooting pain and weakness in my arms. And I haven’t noticed much loss in my neck motion despite undergoing a fusion but my arms and hands are stronger and without pain or numbness.

I went to Florida Orthopaedic Specialists for longstanding neck/arm pain, hand numbness, and dropping objects more frequently. Dr. Vecchione provided a complete explanation of the problem and the options available. I felt fully prepared for surgery and experienced minimal pain afterwards. The outcome exceeded all expectation and I have normal, pain-free use of my arms.
