Dr. Louis C Cavadini, DO

Met with Dr. Cavadini at the SB clinic immediate care. Did not seem like he cared or listened at all. He was extremely condescending. First he advised me to take a decogestant then told me to use a specific product which is an antihistamine all of which were over the counter and said my sinus infection would go away on its own in 10-12 days and I just needed to wait it out. When I questioned this and asked for clarification he got very rude. I also advised him that I had a reaction with that product in the past he told me that was his diagnosis and treatment plan and that he was done here and walked out of the room. I was pretty miserable or I would not have gone to an immediate care and having had many sinus infections in the past, I was shocked by his lack of listening to his patient or empathy for the amount of pain I was in. I would not recommend Dr. Cavadini and I won't be going back to South Bend Clinic Immediate Care on Day Rd. for myself or any of my family!

I took in kids for routine immunizations and annual physical. Total bill was $750 per child. Luckily my insurance will cover the bulk of this. The good doctor charged $15 per child to sign their athletic clearance form for the high school under "spec report > info in usual med". When I called to ask about this fee I was told this is routine. Well, not in my book. I have 5 kids and the oldest is 18. In all my years, I've never had to pay a fee to get them to sign a document for school immunizations or sports clearance. Just another fee x 5 kids to go into the doctors pocket. He came from a big family, but I guess forgot where he came from.
