Dr. Glen C Pate, MD

Didn?t get a visit. I made an appointment last week for Monday afternoon. Person I talked to was very nice and helpful. When Monday arrived I had to call to reschedule because I got very ill over the weekend and didn?t want others to get what I got. But when I called the person who answered this wasn?t helpful at all She said I wouldn?t be able to see Dr Pate till next year. I said why that far away. She then gave me 20 excuses as to why when just days before no problem in getting an appointment. I?m sure Dr Pate has no idea what?s going on here but his scheduler is loosing him money and business. It?s unfortunate people with no skills and understanding and who don?t care about others are in positions they shouldn?t be in. Not to mention it?s a reflection on Dr Pate. He should care enough and I?m sure he does but the people he has working for him are not. Needless to say i didn?t get an appointment because i can?t wait a year to see the dr. Hopefully Dr pate will make some changes.
