Dr. Block and RN Michelle are the kind of professionals who don’t just bring medical expertise, they bring curiosity, warmth, and the ability to really see you. The initial intake alone is a game changer. Most places give you a few minutes and a mountian of paperwork. Here, you get 90 minutes for an initial intake. And that’s after a full meet-and-greet just to make sure it’s the right fit. They gave me time to speak without interruption, to ask questions I haven't always felt comfortable asking elsewhere, and to map out what I actually want for my health. They’re sharp, thoughtful, and incredibly present. What also stands out just as much is how available they are. I’ve never once felt like I was stuck waiting or forgotten. When… something comes up, I can get in touch or book an appointment without jumping through hoops. That kind of access is rare, and it matters. This is more than just a better doctor’s office. It’s a totally different approach to care. Thoughtful, human, and genuinely built around you. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and I unequivocally recommend The Cove for anyone looking for something not only different, but better.
