Dr. Robert S Groysman, MD

Dr Groysman is a good Dr with a lot of knowledge it’s getting help from him or speaking to him that is an issue if you don’t want to pay copay and spend time on a visit. Recently had a bad flare up of back pain with shooting sharp pain from back area. I do not take narcotics only get muscle relaxers from him. Called his ofc to get help with possible medrol dose pack when I was told to make an appointment to see Dr for following week it was a Friday. Called his ofc to talk with him regarding lack of management of flare up to notify him office manager called me 3 days later to ask me to make an appointment if I wanted to speak with him. Ofc is in Las Collinas I live in Mesquite it’s about a 45 min drive would have to miss work. I ended up getting ahold of pcp for medrol dose pac called in that day to relieve pain and keep me from going to ER Pain management Dr is ineffective if only available by appointment days later Also paid almost 6000.00 for stem cell injection out of… pocket which is fine and upon telephone follow up for Dr to see how I was doing office wanted me to pay insurance copay to let Dr know how effective injection was I mentioned insurance was not used for procedure and I thought follow up was included they stated they would need copay before scheduling appointment. Have never had narcotic prescribed and seems if his service could be completed by my pcp he is not a useful Dr for any management I do not plan to use him again as I can find a Dr for stem cell injection closer to home if I wanted to get another stem cell injection
