Completely understood my situation. Knows the meds. Made changes my other dr missed. Just wish the wait wasn’t so long but worth it.

Easy to talk to. Great advice.

Dr. Cole makes timeliness a priority in her practice. She understands that you can't wait for an hour to be seen when you're stressed or depressed or overwhelmed. She takes the time to listen and will go out of her way to make phone calls if needed - called a behavioral health hospital nurse for me while I was in the office with her to make sure I got what I needed.

Tried to explain dissociative symptoms, panic and anxiety, and depression, but seeing that I was using technical terms, she began belittling my knowledge of my own problems, therefore I became dissociated, acted out as I said I do when I became dissociated, and treated me very unprofessionally. To be a psychologist, you should show that you care, not to boast about your education
