Dr. Mitchelson saw me in ER after my cat accidentally punctured my index finger which required immediate surgery to wash out the infection stemming from bacteria in the cat's back toe. I was in excruciating pain. He explained the procedure exceptionally well. Follow up visit he told me what the bacteria cultures revealed. Post surgery I started hand therapy at his office with an extremely knowledgeable therapist. Highly recommend

I went to him due to finger pain. I am an avid bowler. He was very thorough. Made sure he took care of my pain that day. Explained everything. Excellent doctor.

I’m sad he is leaving. I’m contemplating surgery on my thumbs and he is the only doctor I trust.. he is always so pleasant and informative . Treats me very good

I was in the ER department with my son due to an injury at school, we were not scheduled to see Dr.Mitchelson, when the ER doctor was still concerned with the reading of the xray he called the hospital clinic and Doctor Mitchelson reviewed the imagines and came over and talked with us. He went out of his way to try and reassure us. Excellent care and bedside manner also.

Dr. Mitchelson is absolutely amazing!!! He's thorough and he actually listened to what I had to say. He's friendly, so personable and super easy to talk to. I'm very pleased with how my visit went today.
