Dr. Wenjing Liu is great! I hate going to the doctors and both her and her staff were top notch. She even personally called me after a procedure to check in and provide feedback. Most doctors would have you come in for another visit, but she was honest and told me that I could cancel my follow-up. I highly recommend her and her team.

Let’s start with the staff of Dr. Liu who are 5 stars! They understand the billing process and insurance claims completely. This is key to success! Their office is run efficiently and on time. Also key! Dr. Liu herself is one in a million – a technically proficient surgeon and specialist, and a caring human that spends the right amount of time with you to offer the diagnosis and care needed to fix your problem and send you on your way with better eyesight or better skin – both in my case! Somehow both specialties work together in this office!

Dr. Lui did the eyelid surgery on my 87 year old mom to help increase her visual field. From the initial consultation to the final follow up... Both Dr. Lui and her office nurse Jennifer were kind, thorough, and efficient. My mom had very minimal bruising or discomfort. She did not have any complications, however when concerns arose, the office was quick to respond, answer questions, and even received texted pictures to validate information and avoid an unnecessary office visit. My mom has "eyeballs showing" in photos now, and she is happy she did this optional procedure! Since I've been told the drooping eyelid is hereditary, I just might be Dr. Lui's patient in the future! Highly recommend!

In Dec, I had an upper Blepharoplasty (upper eye lid lift) by Dr. Liu and the outcome has far exceeded every expectation. Five weeks post-surgery and my eyes look incredible! Not to mention, my vision has improved. Truly, I could not be more pleased. Bruising was barely visible one week post-surgery. My only regret is that I waited so long to do it. Patient experience is everything. If I could give Dr. Liu, Jennifer and staff 10 stars for my excellent experience and outcome I would! I highly recommend Dr. Liu.

When I went in for a consultation I really had no expectations other than if it helps my eyes look a little better I would be happy Dr. Liu FAR EXCEEDED my expectations – there’s a posting of my before and 1 month after surgery – looks good – but you should see my eyes after 4 months – my wife and kids said I look 10 years younger – I didn’t tell my friends about the surgery but I received comments from them saying “You look really good – how many pounds have you lost If you are contemplating rejuvenating your eyes it’s a simple decision – call Dr. Wenjing Lie – she is a sweetheart and really cares about you and the procedure – I going to see her again so she can post a picture of my eyes after 4 months Regards, Todd
