I am deeply disappointed with the level of care and professionalism demonstrated by this healthcare provider. The lack of bedside manner was immediately noticeable and made an already stressful situation even more difficult for both the patient and the family. Most concerning was the discharge process for elderly patients. In our experience, the patient was released without proper training on the medical equipment and medications required for care at home. For individuals who rely on clear guidance and support after hospitalization, this oversight is not only negligent but potentially dangerous. Equally troubling was the complete lack of communication with family members. The patient was discharged without notifying the family of the discharge time, leaving us unprepared to assist with transportation, medication management, or the transition back home. Families play a critical role in supporting elderly patients, and excluding them from the discharge process shows a serious disregard… for patient safety and continuity of care. Healthcare providers have a responsibility to treat patients and their families with respect, compassion, and clear communication. Unfortunately, this experience fell far short of those expectations. I strongly urge this provider to reevaluate their discharge procedures and staff training to ensure elderly patients receive the guidance and support they deserve before being sent home.

Dr. Andrea Terry tries to emphasize this "team based plan", but doesn't listen to the "team!" Has a her way or the highway complex. Terrible communication & bedside manner. Discharges patients knowing they are without the necessary medical resources required for Discharge! People beware!
