Doctor shush was great! However, my husband has diabetes and neuropathy. Woke up could not move or feel his toes, went into urgent care and recommended we see the doctor to find out why. We called the doctor every day for five days leaving messages . Never called back . We drove 50 miles to see what was going on . There was a note on door stating air conditioning was broke. They temporarily moved with 2 numbers to reach them at . I called and finally got a hold of the receptionist .Explained the situation and the urgency of seeing the doctor . My husband could barely walk . She stated that he couldn’t get in for 3 weeks . I told her we called every day for a week and no one could even call us back . She still stuck to 3 weeks . I told her I would like told her I would like to talk to the doctor for one minute, she said the doctor wasn’t talking to anyone . I told her we drove 50 miles and we would wait in the waiting room until the doctor had time to talk to us . Long story but the… end is coming , When we got there , my husband knocked on their office door which they locked and would not let him in . It’s important in an emergency To be seen by your doctor . Getting to this doctor even in an emergency is getting past time Gods . A doctor should care enough as his staff to perhaps acknowledge emergencies and care enough to address them .perhaps this doctor needs to address this issue with his receptionist and have them leave a message out of courtesy to his patients that they temporarily Moved and have a new number .or, a little respect for patients and return their calls acknowledging that they matter and without their patients they would be unemployed

I am so thankful for Dr. Shieh. He has really taken care of my foot problem.
