Dr Uribe was very thorough and explained everything to me about my veins in my legs. He also explained how he wanted me to have an additional examination done on my carotid veins in my neck in a few months as well as do my lower feet again, too. I had pointed my Raynauds Syndrome in my toes and he reminded me that he was the first doctor that suspected that when my toes were so purple. I told him that my feet were usually so icy cold too and hurt many times. He gave me a RX cream to use when that happens as it varies. Dr Uribe also had a Student NP in the room with him during my visit and he explained what he was giving me to help deal with the pain in my toes. Dr Uribe was very friendly and helpful in explaining about how my veins get smaller and smaller the further down my toes they go, that's why they have a difficult time getting blood to them. Also, the technician who did the reading on my toes and my calf was very informative and friendly. She explained everything that she was… doing as she strapped a blood pressure like machine on each of my big toes and one around my calf and I had to hold still while the machine tightened down and ran some type of test on me and how my blood was going through my teeny tiny blood vessels. It was very interesting and the technician explained it as she was doing it. She didn't seem to mind all my questions either.
