Dr. Kimvir S Dhillon, MD

I have never had a worse experience with a doctor. When my husband had to reschedule his appointment due to work, we are grown ups after all and do not cancel appts unless absolutely necessary, Dr. Dhillon sent him a certified letter that he had dropped him as a patient after I had tried for months to get him in to see him. After I frantically called to see what was going on his office lied and said there had been a mistake and to disregard the letter. Really? After you read how I was treated you will realize that it was not a mistake and that Dr. Dhillon has some sort of God complex. You are not allowed to be human with this man. After I followed all of his suggestions and worked really hard I was able to get my health to a place it hadn't been in a really long time. He was also treating me for hormones and after asking his assistant to include my labs from another doctor he completely refused even though other doctors in the past had absolutely no problem doing as such. When I got… upset about this, after all it would cost me next to nothing if he added the labs onto his order, I received a certified letter that he was dropping me as a patient because I got upset with his assistant. This is no way to treat patients. Especially those that are following orders and keep appointments. Another issue worth mentioning...he said I would be on medication for life and told me if I did not go on a statin that I would have a heart attack. Can you imagine speaking to a patient like that! My new Endocrinologist (female with no ridiculous ego) has not only suggested a natural remedy for my cholesterol but has told me that I can get off all medications now. I am over the moon and now that I think about it while I am writing this review, Dr. Kimvir Dhillon dropping me as a patient was the best thing to ever happen to my health. I hope he can look in the mirror and understand he is dealing with humans and not robots.

I am grateful to be in Dr Dhillon’s care and count myself lucky to have him as my Dr. He is effortlessly thorough and looks forward rather than just being reactive. I very much dislike the “patient” side of the Dr-patient relationship. But Dr Dhillon puts me at as much ease as it is possible for me to be in. That ability together with his obvious skill makes me glad he is my doctor.

Dr. Dillon is very knowledgeable and provides a very thorough examination. Dr. Dillon reviews your lab data and gives detailed explanations of where you can make improvements. Dr. Dillon suggested I get a cardiologist to check my heart as he heard a slight irregularity and the cardiologist after doing an echocardiogram was actually surprised to find I have had a bicuspid aortic valve since birth and I am 73 years old. Dr. Dillon is the first doctor, even after seeing cardiologists for analysis during my life , to suggest a thorough examination of my heart.

Dr. Dhillon is a wonderful endocrinologist! He is very attentive and thorough. He is one of the best physicians I’ve ever met.

Dr Dhillon and staff are great. He is like the old fashion doctor. He cares.
