Dr. Dawn Yvonne Stein, MD

I saw Dr. Stein and the entire experience was pleasant. From start to finish from before, during and after surgery, her staff was courteous and accommodating. Dr. Stein was very knowledgeable with my condition and helped me get back into my shoes that I have not been able to wear for over 10 years! I highly recommend her!

I saw Dr. Stein for a plantar fasciitis condition. She was nice upon the first visit, but then things fell apart. I had an X-ray taken at her direction and would not call me to discuss the results although she said she would call me when I asked her at my appointment. She never called back, so I contacted the office a few days later and went round and round with her staff. In the time it took them to message her, she could have just briefly talked to me. She offered me another appointment to come in to discuss the X-ray but that is a two-hour round trip for me. Besides, the patient should not have to pay another co-pay just to have the doctor tell them what she saw on the x-ray. I reported this incident to Patient Advocacy at Grove City Hospital and inadvertently found out that she had had another grievance against her for a surgery that had gone wrong. This doctor is not practicing in good faith! I had to have my regular physician read my X-ray which she should have done! Avoid… seeking care from this podiatrist.
