Dr. Samantha Shams, MD

Dr. Sham is very professional. She allowed me to ask questions before, during, and after her consultation. If I have questions after the visit, I can call her office to ask questions or clarify a statement that might have been made during my appointment. Her staff is great. Dr Sham and her staff make you feel like you are their top priority.

Dr. Shams truly goes above and beyond for her patients. During my appointment she explained everything very thoroughly and there was always room for questions. She went out of her way to find a doctor closer to me. Both Dr. Shams and her staff are exceptional, caring, and efficient.

I've been seeing Dr. Shams for several years. She is knowledgeable and always answers my questions. I don't know if it's the fault of the practice, but she routinely keeps me waiting about 45 minutes. I always have a book with me.

Dr. Shams provided me with excellent care during my cancer treatments and continues to provide excellent follow-up care. Appointments are easy to make. She explains things clearly and takes an interest in my personal wellbeing.

Unfortunately I did not have a positive visit with Dr. Shams. I found it confusing and it felt a bit dismissive of concerns. Perhaps just a byproduct of a late in the day end of the week appointment but it felt rushed, that she was not familiar with my file, and it was not as helpful as I would have hoped.
