He explained the procedure and all the steps involved pre- and post-surgery. After the surgery too, Dr. Gould continued to be attentive at every post-op appointment. -Last but not least, the entire staff of Dr. Gould’s office from the front desk staff, to nurses, and Doctor’s office manager, Carmen Berg, are caring and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process.
