Dr. Mubashir Shabil Billah, MD

I saw Dr Billah about half a year ago. He scheduled aqua ablation, but decided to do another MRI first. It by itself became a HUGE problem, since I undergo Urolift procedure in 9/21, which was total failure and my LUTS progressed from 70% to 90%. I went circles to NYU Langone, which harassed me for illegal billings for 6 months. Next stop was Columbia Presbyterian. Doctors not attentive with low qualification. On the top of this, the director of Radiology Dr. Brown authorized the 1.5 Tesla with metal suppression protocol MRI. But facility and technologist did not follow up his own directions. Despite this, the charge appeared. Next stop: Cornell. Much more professional. But still no one provided both LUTS and paC care. Finally a correct MRI was scheduled there on 12/31. My last stop was Mount Sinai. Two test, I just undergo: urodynamic and cystoscopy. On the first one the attending nurse was very rude and when I remarked this, became sadistic and inserted catheters without anesthetic… jelly. The second one was cystoscopy provided Dr. Alexis Te. He did not explained anything before, during and after procedure and didn't create a clinical procedure note, which is standard. He ordered medication to shrink my prostate, which, he noted, not significantly enlarged. It also decrease PCA, masking the progression of paC. The necessity of surgical intervention, the sole purpose of tests, was never addressed. Dr. Billah not only the best Dr. I found, but superior than ALL WELL KNOW UROLOGY AND PROSTATE CANCER INSTITUTION IN THE WORLD!!!
