Dr. Sayda Livier Fink, MD

Dr. Lett’s has been an exceptional primary care physician for my father. She is compassionate, thorough, and truly attentive to both his medical needs and our family’s concerns. She takes the time to listen, follows up on important issues, and is always proactive in making referrals and connecting us with additional resources when needed. The entire office staff is equally outstanding. They are kind, responsive, organized, and consistently go above and beyond. Calls are returned promptly, follow-ups are handled efficiently, and everyone genuinely seems to care about their patients. Navigating healthcare for an elderly parent can be challenging, but Dr. Lett’s and her team have made the process so much easier. We are incredibly grateful for the excellent care, professionalism, and support they provide. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a physician who truly cares about her patients.

After my experience with Dr. Fink, I was very surprised to see all the good reviews. Dr. Fink was my doctor assigned me through my Medi-Cal. I saw her 3 years ago for physical and she was very nice, caring and personable. I liked that she was close in age to me which made it easier for me to connect and open up with. Several years before I saw Dr. Fink I had struggled with opiate addiction.. some thing I was very ashamed about and did not like people knowing this about me ( not even dr. Fink). Mainly because of my fear of being treated differently and the stigma behind it. On my second visit with Fink she was a completely different person. At first I attributed to her being pregnant and the mood swings attributed to pregnancy,but she only got nastier every passing second. I was so confused and felt my face starting to burn as I fought back tears .She then tells me that she received my records from Planned Parenthood( which documented in my past substance abuse)and asked if I was… getting help to stay off the drugs. Which was said in such a demeaning and degrading way. Doctors take a oath that says to treat all patients equally, regardless of ability to pay, social class, education, race, or suspicion of criminality. Treating me differently after Learning something that I was already extremely shameful about was very unprofessional, and disappointing…I had held her to a higher standard. At this point during the appointment, I was so shocked and hurt that I just went silent. Dr fink rudely turned around and just walk out of the room. Her nurse came in and kindly gave me follow up instructions, etc. The doctors staff is very kind and treat you with respect( no complaints when it comes time to her staff).I have since requested a new doctor to be my primary. I’m so curious if anyone else has had a similar experience.. I can’t imagine I’m the only patient to feel discriminated against.

I would Absolutely recommend, staff are very friendly with a good sense of humor and professionalism, Dr Fink is very thoughtful to your personal requirements but tells you as it is, in all my years I've never had a doctor so thorough with their examinations.

I seen alot of reviews on Dr. Fink, I made an appt. in the Rancho Mirage location. Very nice, professorial and helpful. I am pleased with my choice in primary care Doctors.
