Dr. Chloe Lan Russo

Dr Russo had access to all my records from Wellstar pulmonary. After a 10 minute consultation with Dr Russo she said she did not feel comfortable treating me with all my issues. She referred me to Wellstar pulmonary to treat my asthma. My question is why waste my time and hers? She could have looked at my records and had an assistant call and refer me to Wellstar pulmonary. She did say in the meanwhile she would call in prescriptions for nose sprays, prednisone and trellegy. By 4:00 pm the day of my appointment the prednisone was not called into the pharmacy. I called her office and stayed on hold for 15 minutes till I was cut off. I called back and the office was closed and I left a voicemail message. The next day by midday the prednisone was not at my pharmacy and when I looked on the pharmacy app the trelegy was not in their system. I called Dr Russo’s office again. This time I was put on hold for 25 minutes. During that time the call was answered two times and I explained both… times how I really needed prednisone. Then the call was answered a third time by an office administrator and she said, “I understand you are under the impression that Dr Russo is going to call in prednisone for you.”. She went on to say that “I’ve heard that you have been rude to my staff.” She told me that Dr Russo did not feel comfortable prescribing prednisone to me and that I would have to get prednisone from Wellstar pulmonary. I’m flabbergasted.

Dr Russo was awful when I came to East Cobb health park for my allergy shots. She told me to go home when I mentioned to her that I forgot my epi pen. She said I could not get shots, period. The office has epi Pens there Incase you forget. Also, I told her I lived super far and that I’ve been taking the shots for a while. She still said she didn’t care and that I needed to go home. Will NEVER go back to this facility for allergy shots, and for anyone who is looking for an allergy and asthma doctor, do not go to her. She is located at East Cobb health park in Marietta/East Cobb, Georgia. Dr Chiang was fantastic though!
