Dr. Astha Muttreja, MD

Recently, I went to see Dr. Muttreja. She was kind and professional at the visit, however, beyond that she is of no help at all. Plus, the office is absolutely HORRIBLE to work with. Dr. Muttreja had recommended a medication. I needed help with obtaining such, and over the course of this past month, I have called the nurses line multiple times, the office manager, and repeatedly left messages directly for Dr. Muttreja on the patient portal, but NO RESPONSE. When I had called the office, I spoke with the receptionist in the attempt to reach the office manager. The receptionist placed me on a brief hold then returned to tell me she read my chart and started questioning me on it, which was completely inappropriate and out of her scope for her position. A month has passed, and I still am not prescribed the medication. It is not only a poorly run office, Dr. Muttreja should be embarrassed of herself that she does not follow-up with her patients.
